Strategy is this:

2. If you checked and your rectification is right, then you analyze in what exactly house is that company of Saturn+Sun in 15 Leo. The affairs of this house and the house with Capricorn on the cusp must be sublimated flat. By sublimation I mean extreme amount of energies of the chart (15 Leo being extreme amount of energy) being put into the positive affair of your own choice to the extent where they do not exist anymore. This affair might be and in most cases is profession. It might be work for Zeus and ToZ. It might be just profession of your dream, art, science, politics anything - depending on the specific of the house and your preference. 3. This is important. And this is particular important if this company of planets on 15 Leo is in any house of relationship, even 11. 3.3. If you find NPD / APD traits in yourself you have to decide whether you want to give this world better experience with you. You have to cleanse not only your external karma i.e. your circumstances but your internal self as well from the one same evil. These things go together. Yes you might suffer for many lifetimes straight by now yet who knows what you did before these many lifetimes of suffering, and who you were to this world. try this. Cleanse anyway and if you really want to redeem something the ideas how to will come to you.
Sun+Saturn themselves show extreme honesty, responsibility, self-denial of pleasures, asceticism, noble self restriction for higher goal because high Saturn is always about self-restriction for the high goal. The highest octaves of this are real Gentlemanity, total restriction of evil traits and hard work on the self so it becomes purer, graceful and diamond. This gives best success in job where extreme self discipline is needed in comparison to other people. Greatest for any leadership of any kind - you have to see the house to tell the sphere. Saturn can give great gifts by itself when appeased. When connected to the Sun in Leo who knows what greatness it might achieve, since Sun is the fame. In the lower octave, with 15 Leo unsublimated it might give horrid defamation, slander and disastrous fall from the great position or just every misfortune including the topics of the self, paying debts in this regard, forced discipline and unwanted denial, deadly self-restriction and denial of primal needs (for example death of hunger, especially if in 8th), wrong health, especially if in 6th.
