If you are a bad one - still you can do something - not because you understood any information since you did not, yet because you still have instruments online to do whatever even without understanding information or even having it at all, just with your natural abilities alone.
If they are high ranking Zevist - nothing.
For anything you have to first learn astrology. When you do you probably would not want to do evil at all because if you do you would know exactly how the fate works. Because astrology is a science of fate mechanic.
If you are a good astrologer and they are unprotected you can do everything.
