I’d really appreciate some insight. About a month ago, I had a bad case of laryngopharyngeal reflux that left my voice box dry and irritated. The reflux has since resolved, but I’m still left with a persistent, mildly itchy sensation that’s quite annoying. I’ve tried OTC demulcents and salt water gargles, but they don’t *seem* to accelerate healing much. I’d see another doctor, but I’m hesitant to go through another round of rigmarole with the US healthcare system. Any guidance on how to soothe and support regeneration of the area would be greatly appreciated by my community. I heard licorice and honey were good but I'm not well educated in Herbalism.
