Greetings everyone,

I am under 18 and can't donate to HoO and reach Advanced Purification as I am not economically free.

Because of that, I am doing the "Deep Cleaning" from HPS Lydia to purify my soul. I vibrate Visuddhi 7, 14 or 28 times on each chakra and my aura, it depends on my time. Then I do Returning Curses-1.

I used to do cleaning only vibrating Visuddhi or Suryae while imagining white/white-gold light on my soul but then I started this working to get things a step further.

I felt normal while doing only Visuddhi or Suryae but this drawing out method made me too tired. Especially when I did it for the first time, I had to rest and sleep for a long time. HPS Lydia had also said that she was advised to rest well but I feel really tired, can't even explain.

I try raise enough energy but still feel too tired. I have to study a lot but can't do as I can't get out of my bed. If I get out of my bed, I still can't do it because I feel like my brain stopped working and understand nothing.

My problem isn't about vibration. I can vibrate Visuddhi lots of time on my each chakra without getting tired but what makes me tired is that drawing out method.

What should I do now? Every comment will be appreciated, thank you.

Take a break and change it up.

You dont need to do deep cleaning 24/7/365. You need to let yourself recharge and the results to rest.

Do lots of yoga, void, and make sure you have an AOP up. Ensure that you are still doing regular cleaning, as in scanning with light.

Fatigue = adjust

Rise energy before, I like to use vuvavo but use anything you like, and do trance meditation after the cleaning.

Do as Goldenxchild and Stormblood mentioned. You can just do the deep cleaning on Saturdays only, and light cleaning on every other day :)
