Before you can make giant efforts, you need to make small efforts. You mentioned you have problems with consistency, so it would make more sense to do a God Ritual for five, then ten days in a row at first, like a normal schedule we have. Once that becomes manageable, you can start to make longer strides without much worry for failure, as you have already progressed to some extent.
