Any kinds of Squares, even "lovely" Jupiter in exaltation or home sign, can be dangerous with placements like this, 15 degrees Leo in 6th House of illness overlapping 7th is not a joke.

I would advise at least doing a Sun Square before this and using extra protection. You can do it eventually, but you need 'padding' for this.

Do not start it EVER when Jupiter is still transiting in Gemini, this could end badly.

I recommend to start with healing/job workings if you have need to rectify your 6th, and with profound sublimation in the physical world: profoundly studying TCM and other Ancient medicine (and modern medicine if you wish to realize in this sphere), deeply understand ecological and other issues related to 6th, maybe even veterinary / nature care related sciences if these are your interests. This is a bummer. I was hoping I could do jupiter squares while it is in cancer to make my karma better. I clean my soul everyday with Visuddhi and Aop everyday with Tyr Thurs Sol. So what would be the potential consequences of doing this, would I get sick, get into an accident, die even?

I was hoping to do a spiritual square to empower my crown chakra, pineal gland, and astral senses if this changes it. I was thinking the material square would be unsafe but the spiritual one would be fine. Is this the case could I safely do a spiritual square for jupiter?

If you do spiritual cleaning, then the square should be fine. No, it won't be that catastrophic if you do it without spiritual cleaning.
