So is the Economy going to improve in the U.S.? Due to Trump's changes occurring currently?

Also it says Astarte is Chief Treasurer. Does that mean the Gods use money? Is their way of economics vastly different than us?
Or is there still merit with our understanding of finances? Ex: We use money one way, they use it similarly but in a striking different more assured form.
