15 degrees of Leo and Taurus I am learning right now and they seem to be a trace of karmic debts in all what Leo and Taurus are giving to people: fame, beauty, money, influence. These are the most beneficial when used to the good cause, while when used to the evil one they cause greatest suffering to others and create greatest karmic debts. This is why they are represented by 2 most dangerous animals in the zodiac, lion and bull, I think. In your case of female planets these might be beauty / love / art affairs related. Generally very beautiful planets to have in aspect and greatest position for the highest and most serious creativity. Actually the only charts I saw these (both animals 15 degree) fully sublimated and life lived not in vain so to say, belonged to the absolutely top geniuses in the sphere of art and Beauty. One genius sublimated 25 Taurus / Algol + stellium in Taurus on all violent degrees totally into great science and also had a rather safe life.
Recently I saw most beautiful full of septiles chart with 15 degree Leo on the CR Jupiter - this was a chart of a very talented astrologer. He had in all respects honorable beautiful life, high education, happy family, children, fame for his books, the only thing he suffered was his life long disease. I admired such a chart, such a great sublimation - this seemed to be rare one with not much dirt on the soul and in the same time with 15 degree, this is a rare case.
