This is a guide for those who have just Dedicated, in regards to what they should be doing meditation wise. Use this as a guide and not as dogma- though things are written therein in a way to be easily read, understood and finally done. All our people should do this. Even if you haven't dedicated too soon, check in here as this might be a nice program for you to do, but adjust the repetitions and the rest of things. Its detailed and easy to understand, given its specifically aimed for new people.

I've not been one for posting much, hadn't felt I had too much to contribute. It took a lot for me to kind of spill my guts about the job, finding my guardian etc. however since feel real proud that through your inspiring posts and meditation I'm back on track better than before. My chakras are feeling better than they ever have, the blockages are gone, the mini suns over each one, also my Gd showed me a better way than the way I was doing of building my aura of protection. In one day/night everything changed. Also, may sound silly but feel awesome that you responded to me personally, your words are serious and true, I will not let Father down.
