Hello, my dear brothers and sisters. As the title says, I am on the 3rd month with the trainning and everything was going perfectly, until I reached this exercise. I have a problem, I focus on the mirror, but I do not see any dark clouds, actually I see something, but I do not think is what it is supposed to be seen. Also, when I take my eyes from the mirror, I cannot see those clouds, no matter how hard I try.
I mention that I use a regular mirror (on JoS it is stated that I can use a regular mirror as well) and the mirror is small. So, what should I do? what should I change? please help me, I really want to continue this trainning and advance.
