2011 Runes to empower chakra's

Hi all,
back in 2011, JoS had a small section with runes to empower all your 7 main chakra's from 8 fold path of Astaroth:

I saved some on a paper but I can't find it in JoS back up site, here's what i saved:
Monday 3rd eye: Dagur in Icelandic x23 timesTuesday Sacral chakra: Ing in Icelandic x22 timesWednesday Heart chakra: Gjof in icelandic x7 timesThursday Crown chakra: Bjarkan in icelandic x18 timesFriday Throat chakra: Oss in icelandic x4 timesSaturday Base chakra: Sol in Icelandic x16 timesSunday Solar chakra: ISS in icelandic x?? times
these were in JoS back in 2011 but i can't find this section anymore. Here's the back up site: http://web.archive.org/web/201104301301 ... skrit.html

I'm wondering if these are out dated and if so, what's the right runes to vibrate and the number of times needed to vibrate them.

Check out the Full Chakra Meditation, this now includes the Runes which correspond with each Chakra, as well as other words of power.
