We are in same situation, this happens to me when I meditate and also when i study Enochian language, they wouldn't stop attacking me, I can barely focus, they get very fierce when I do Enochian.

You engrave it by your intention, you need to have very strong will/intention during affirmations - when you speak it that it is something you are 1000% sure in what you are saying and this  goes beyond any doubt -  that way you engrave it in your soul.
