hello my question here is fairly simple and can be answer by anyone who had direct experience with this meditation.my question is :on breaths 14-15-16 and 17 should i hold for 6 ? it is not said by HP maxine that i should hold for 6 please reply id like to start performing this meditation...

you should focus on flame meditation and visualising the images listed on that program aswell as do lots of void meditation and trance with your eyes open i think if you practice those and be consistent you will get results not to mention , keep trying to secret ectoplasm

i can feel my plam chakras and finger tip chakras i breath energy into them to empower them i still remember the meditation involved a psi wheel but this was way back like 3 or 2 years ago and now the link is broken and i tried putting it in the way back machine but it did not work meh my...

first off you need to slow down meditation wont get you clear and vivid results until a very long time of persistence and patience you need to be really strong and have a vast amount of knowledge to manifest your desires in reality.i suggest you calm down do some breathing ex etc what you are...

and btw in HP vovim bagheis heart chakra meditation its shown that the solar plexus is aligned upwards towards they heart chakra , is this correct or .. ? 

it says von aligning your chakras that its behind the navel (read through youll find it)Chakra Alignment it says on the full chakra information page that it is Slightly above the naval near the solar plexus im confused :P
