greetings brothers and sisters! i was just woundering what the shape of my aura is like,is it like a circular sphere around my body or is it like a outline of my body? any help would be much appreciated o and the other question i have is that i have been having trouble meditating ever...

can somebody please explain to me who the real gods of duat are? a few of my friends are confusing me as 1 says they are the 4 crown princes of hell and my other friend says they are the demons. please elaborate.
