Hayy There !!! i performed the third eye meditation as it is written in the power meditation page , with the body position and the same things. . but had no "headach" not even one thing to know that it worked .. i repeated the excercice for one month and nothing is happening ...

i did the third eye meditation as it is written on the power meditation page. 24 hours apart for 4 days with meditation on 3rd eye .(with exactly the hand and body position) and i did it several times .. and not even a headach appears ... am i doing something wrong ? any advice ? Hail...
