I had a question about some of the visualization exercises on the JoS website. When doing things like merging other objects, or invoking the elements, do we visualize ourselves doing these things in the first person or the third? Thanks.

I just recently started the 6 month program and had a question about day 10 in the first month. It states to stare at image one for several minutes and then visualize the image with my eyes closed. Am I supposed to focus on the imprinted image for the several minutes, or actually try and just...
