So I'm getting ready to begin the 40 day program and I notice it says to do yoga. Can I substitute yoga for Tai Chi? I've been doing Tai Chi for years now and its something I really enjoy. I only have time for one or the other.

I have a black electric candle that I really like. There's no actual flame though. Does anyone know if flameless candles will work as far as meditations / ritualism is concerned? I looks pretty realistic, especially when the lights are off.
