When I signed my name in blood it pooled together to create blobs and extra blood dripped onto my paper and when I was burning it the paper fell from my hand and landed onto the floor. Does this mean my dedication ritual is invalid or does it count? Am I suppose to feel different?

I got blood everywhere and when I signed my name it pooled together and when I was burning the paper it fell from my hand as I was moving it to avoid the flames and it fell to the floor. Does this mean the dedication is invalid?
