I'm thinking I might have allergies I lways wake up with a stuffy nose, at first i tought it was weed that was causing it but now that im sober i still have a stuffy nose Too top it off I can't even sneeze anymore and I want to so bad but I can't should make an appointment? I just dont trust...

Man ever since i started meditating the enemy been really trina fuck with me by putting negative thoughts in my head which is quite annoying! They seem to like it when I get mad am I sending them energy when I get mad? Could also be the withdrawals I'm going through but hatha and kundalini works...
