I just read an article that said this pope was awarded by Putin. However in 2011 Putin was a prime minister, not a president, whom was Medvedev who awarded this pedo-pope with a medal. Here's this decree from kremlin.ru saying that: // I can't PM to author/editor on this forum :confused:
