Am I supposed to focus on the spine when I am performing EZ chakra spins? Like I check the diagrams of the chakras, and focus on the parts of the spine where theres a chakra and visualize the chakra cone spinning at that spot, on the spine. Is this correct? And can I focus on the chakra spots...
