I ordered the 3 main meditation books about 3 days ago from the website via PayPal. Anyone have any experience with this as to how long it takes for the books to arrive? I'm in NJ so I'm quite sure there won't be any problems.. just looking for some insight on how long I should expect to wait...

I'm not going to stop taking the Ambien-not a psychiatric drug I don't think. and I only take the Klonopins when I'm having a Panic Attack. So I'm just gonna keep meditating and hope I don't get...

I Weight lift Competitively, and have found that just Power Meditations can give you a kind of Jult of energy, rather than taking caffein/Jack3d/N.O.Explode or that stuff. Just take protein :]

I'm on Lexapro, Klonopin, and Ambien, all because of General Anxiety, Panic Attacks, and Insomnia. Does anyone think these medications will interfere with any meditations ect. ? I'm trying to be as open as possible to the meditations but I just can't feel the energy through Power Meditations and...

I've looked around ALOT all over the internet and still cannot figure out how to vibrate "THOTH" to open my 3rd eye. Is it the vibrate like when speaking spanish? I don't understand how to vibrate with my tounge between my teeth.
