    Why are my nostrils so clogged?

    It's hard to explain. Air will just barely pass through my right nostril. Has somebody experienced this?

    Why does my progress seem so inconsistent.

    I meditate and do yoga everyday. Yet sometimes I feel quite an energy buz and some days I feel much less energy than days prior. Has anybody experienced this?
