I just did it as best as I could. Even if you don't do it perfectly it is still effective. I did shorter vibrations of each letter in each word, I know some members really carry vibrations out in long breaths but this isn't necessary.

Yes, it sounds like a random enemy attack. They can send out spells that give weird dreams like this. You could do extra cleaning for a while, perhaps it could have been a bit subconscious. Seeing filth could mean you have dross in your chakras and soul that need to be cleaned out.
