When I go into advanced meditation (for long periods of time), I get "all of the sudden" narcolepsy (slight/light choking followed by butterfly eyes)... at least thats what it feels like. Sometimes I have spells (waiting) that I use if I have a problem. Any ideas on how to balance it all...

Last night I was meditating and a sigil popped up. But my eyes turned into "movie theatre eyes" and the sigil started making kaleidoscope mosaic patterns. It sort of popped out of my head in 3d and turned into a brown rabbit... which said hello. I then feel aspleep really peacefully...

Why don't you start with the pendulem... and moving it back and forth and in circles with your mind... and you can consult a demon if you need too. It's just easier for now.... and a good mind exercise to do before switching on a light. :o) --- In [email protected]...

When I started this exercise 2 years ago, I had the same problem, so I asked someone for help... (summon a demon?) Ask your GD for assistance? ... and so when It finally started to work... I had a horrible headache for 3 days.... followed by a mild chakras cleanse with my demon. :o)...
