I don't know WHY but there seems to be a general concensus of Pluto being exalted in Leo just as there seems to be for the others.The Sun is the ruler of Leo,Pluto is the Kundalini force at the base chakra that rises and ignites the crown chakra signified by Aries.Who knows.
