Schedules are schedules, and everyone should participate in them together. Outside of schedules, you can do God/Demon rituals on your personal time as you please.

There was a sibling who had asked if anyone wanted to do a ritual to Khepri, and they were told not to do that (ask if others want to join) in The Temple.

I felt sad because I thought that meant that as individuals we had to wait and only do group rituals (which isn't a bad thing, but I thought that means no individual ritual)
