Got one with Retrograde Saturn, in 3rd, and Pluto, in my 11th. Is this even a true trine, or even worth anything?

I don't think Dark Lilith is anything reliable in astrology. It's just something someone made up. Your trine to it likely doesn't mean anything I have studied astrology and just ignore it when I see it just like Chiron which doesn't have much impact.
