Has anyone here combined daily solar-plexus (Manipura) yoga practices with mantra work? I’m curious which poses or breathing techniques you’ve personally found most effective for strengthening the solar chakra without causing strain.

Breath of Fire, daily, works wonders on health and with magick.

For avoiding strain, do what is comfortable for you, and do not go overboard with breathing exercises and yoga poses, as there are some health risks associated with improper practice. But no worries, you can safely do these things when you follow the instructions and listen to your body.
