I'm trying to do it based on books and what I read on the website, but I got stuck with basic things. At least I think I'm stuck, because no matter how much I do the rituals, nothing changes. I guess I don't do the vibration well either, but I couldn't find any audio material on how to do it! At the beginning of the book, the first task is to open the third eye. I do as it is written, but nothing! And I don't even understand how to vibrate the name Thoth so that the th and the o can be heard at the same time! I'm thinking that I should learn such basic things first, but I can't find any help! If you can, please help!

Round your lips and vibrate "th". It sounds as both th and o at the same time.

You dont have to vibrate "Thoth", use "Thaum". On this website, there is also mp3 audio how to pronounce it.
