Sanskrit Text , Verse 6.6 : "For that living entity who has conquered his mind, the mind is his friend, but for he who has not conquered his senses, his mind works against him just like an enemy."
Without the basics, advancement can be troublesome. The first step is the above: dominion over the mind, as much as we can with the tools given by the Temple of Zeus. Become your own friend and help yourself. That is the first, most important battle of them all. The heaviest obstacles will be centered around your mind and own self.
Verse 6.30 : " For a person who sees Me in all beings and sees all beings in Me, I am never out of his vision and he is never out Mine. "
Having religious awareness and intelligence in Zevism is about keeping the mind tuned to the Supreme God Zeus and the Gods, and they will always be present to guide and manifest. The first step is our attention, and deciding to make them the focus of our mind and concentration.
Verse 6.43 : " O son of the Kurus, that unsuccessful yogī, through his connection with the Supersoul, regains the divine consciousness of his previous birth, and thereafter he again endeavours to attain complete perfection in yoga "
If we keep persisting in Zevism, we attain a quantum leap in that which defies the confines of time and natural law, and all the regrets we have, all the inaction, all the accumulated losses and failures can be nullified insofar as we aim for and achieve the advancement of the soul in high fashion. This is because the higher self and higher destiny activate within you, making it such that your life has meaning and the architecture of your existence was meaningful. This supersedes the temporary consciousness and is eternal; we become eternal figures and tap into the body of life that is prevailing above death, it is a model and an avatar of the Gods. This is a high reward that nullifies any harsh and merciless lower law we can endure currently.
