I think some of the things in that scenario would be too much of a stretch and near impossible. But I definitely see (and hope with all my being) USA/Trump abandoning support for Israel and further relations.

when I do my warfare I... by default do my meditations even more. Gives me more of a purpose. When I do warfare I double my meditations before and after each attack both morning and night. The thing is, we need good people in those positions. We can do all the magick, but if nobody else is there to do the real life roles, then not much will manifest.
