Is there any way to get rid of sickness by a spell or something?

Thank you for the answer. I would be comfortable kissing him and having a relationship, because I feel like our souls are connected in some way or another (this is just what I believe). We've become good friends, so I think that it's possible. Not sure if he knows that I'm attracted to him yet...
