My 11th house cusp is in 9 pisces and my 5th house cusp is in 9 virgo.... Can "house cusps" have influence at certain degrees? or is it just planets?. Learning this was kind of concerning...  Hope anyone can help shed some light on what this may mean if anything. Hail Satan!
