I have been having some really good results from the previous few weeks meditations,s in keeping up to date Opening The Soul Part V.. i could feel/see my chakra spin yellow, as with my other meditations ive done, i could also feel a real cold sensation in the solar chakra Redbast Hail...

my first attempt was a bit hit and miss but as i got into it things seemed to flow much easier,the second round was far more productive i could really feel the heat generating on my head especially around my third eye area,and after the third set i was boiling like i had just exersized...

Began this time by doing the 666 breathing technique and once in a comfortable rhythm i began once again with the base chakra, i noticed this time not only could i see the colours brightly i could also feel them turning,it felt like a cog on a clock moving round, i done 6 sets of those and...

managed about 15 mins before i was distracted. i found that the colours were brighter this time round and i was more aware of the energies of others too,as i got more into it i became aware of a bright light illuminating my 3rd eye area almost as though someone had switched on the lights...

I set my alarm for 2:50am and got in a comfortable possition and lit some inscence and began ,visualising each colour up and down was easier than keeping up more than two repititions,each time i came to two sets i was disturbed by a buzzing in my left ear.also i had an ice cold feeling...
