My advice is to meditate on your 3rd eye daily. Just visualize a bright sun on your 3rd eye to activate it, then (with your eyes closed) , "look" at it. Be sure to not strain with your physical eyes, as this can cause pain and a headache. Like it says on the JOS website, eventually you'll see...

@starduststreakoflightning - that's interesting, I'll keep meditating on it and I'm sure I'll get my answer. For now, I'll do as JA said and just visualize all 4 as bright suns.

@jyotisha03@... That meditation came from HP Vovim Bagie...(before he went bonkers) For the moon, you should use white-silver liquid. I've never done this meditation, but I remember it from way back.
