can anyone record or make a sound file of the chants for opening chakras and strengthening them ? i dont know if i pronounce them correctly.....a sound recording of it wud definitely help....i know there is a cd available for this but i have never bought anything online,i dont have credit cards...

In this I have to concentrate on the imprint of the flame right? When I do this after closing my eyes, the flame imprint tends to move toward the right side always,why is this so? and then I can no longer see it.I then again start from the center.This is not going right,is it? can I use sun...
