I'm still new,would it be ok for me to start meditating even tho I havnt decided to commit myself fully yet.please advise

Once I've performed the ritual giving myself to satan,in the J.OS. Page I read it says that u should use meditation what sort of meditation should I use.sorry if this sounds dumb I'm new.also it says use white magic if ur new how do I do this.please help. Hail satan
