Thanks for the answers everyone. It appears that I need to focus more on yoga then. This is actually something I don't pay as much attention to as I should.
And I did used to to meditate laying down, but like Anakin said, I found it much easier when I started sitting up. But I won't deny it...
So, usually I meditate sitting cross legged either on my bead or bean bag on the floor. Lately though it's started giving me back pains while I meditate. It's getting extremely annoying and making it very hard to focus. Have any of you had this problem before and what did you do to fix it?
