HI can someone tell me what the norway spiral is or who sent it why did it appear can someone please tell me!!!!!

when i try meditating all i see is blackness and mostly i see violet and green swirling around in the center of the blackness and idk i keep trying but i cant eneter a trance. can someone text me at 8322793325 or call me thanks.

I tried to meditate two days ago......when i close my eyes i always see purple and green spiraling with a black background......when i tries meditating i felt my tailbone move or something and then i stopped meditating...and when i got up my lower back was hurting rly bad.....am i doing...
