This is true. When consistently empowering a chakra, negative memories/issues associated with the chakra arise. This is the 'purging' of the soul when it's in the process of purification. This is the best way i can explain it. Hail Satan.

You are probably astral projecting. The vibrations that accompany this are electric signal being sent throughout ur body. In my own experience, meditating on ur crown chakra causes astral projection(increasingly frequent in my case). The deafness may be because ur coming out of a deep trance.
