I started working on my 3rd eye, 6th chakra, crown. I felt all positive indications BUT the bliss part. Did I still do it correctly? Mind you, i felt the headache and even felt my 3rd eye. All portions to the 3rd eye, pineal gland, crown, I felt pressure.

What if you perform the meditation on 3rd eye, pineal gland(behind the 3rd eye ) and crown. Right? However you experience all the indications but the bliss part, did I still perform it correctly? I hope that made since. Would like answer asap, thanks.
