For opening the chakras, should I do the "empowering the chakras" meditations every day or should I just do the full chakra meditations? When cleaning the chakras do I vibrate raum into each chakra 18 times or do I just do the raum meditation?

Have you tried Void Meditation? :) I've been doing void and I feel that I can't control my mind because I am literally talking in my mind 24/7. the past 2 days I've been able to quiet it for longer periods than usual(around 15 min) but after the meditation I go right back to mental chatter...

If I close them every time im done with my meditations would it slow down my progress? Would I just not be used to the higher conciousness state? I try void meditations but I feel that there is people around me watching and mocking me cause I suck at it and it makes my thoughts run more and more
