If one combines ISA and NAUTHIZ both then in what ratio should one do them to be better in magic and meditations?
Isa would help in void meditations and focus.

I can keep a count for mantras on ToZ, but there are others that are really long. I usually can count up to 8-9 using my feet but that doesn't work when I try to sit on chair or lay down or when I am not in cross legged sitting position.
Like we have a bead mala(rosary) for counting the affirmations during the workings is there any known device/object that can help us count affirmations while we are doing mudras by hand?
