do you ever get sick? or do powerful auras offer immunity against diseases?

I am a little confused as to which element corresponds to each point of the pentagram. I have seen some with Fire and Earth at the top points, and one in the JoS Sorcery section that has Fire and Air at the top, but yours has Fire and Water at the top? Someone help? --- In...
