I have this too sometimes. All I do is shut a door in front of it to make it disappear. Try it. Affirm in your mind that it's gone when you close the door. This works with other things too like thoughts or images, not just sound. -Hope this helps HAIL SATAN!

I don't know if this will help, but there's a cool little program that lets you run FireFox from a USB stick. That means that you can just browse the web on any computer, and when your parents try to check the history on their own web browser they won't find a thing! Just hide the USB stick...
