As far as with the what I call the "Handbook for Hell's Army" it goes into detail about opening all but 4 of the Chakras and my question is to why not all of them as is part of opening the Soul?

In the "Hell's Army Handbook" for our Spiritual growth it seems to leave out a couple of the Chakras-as far as opening them- as stated within the ch on Opening the Soul, inless I've missed them, if not I was just wondering why this was?
