Greetings Group! Just thought I'd share I'm doing dedication tonight! I'm stoked! Hail Satan!

Hopefully this isn't a stupid question... I've been studying the JoS site and from that it's not completely clear to me on the dedication to Satan whether or not the phase of the moon matters. Must it be a full moon? Or does it not matter? Thanks Hail Satan!
