I am reading over the Chakra awakenings and kinda got caught on something. Looked back through the JoS site, couldn't find my answer. In the Third eye exercise, it says to vibrate on the exhale. I cant quite understand if that means that i am suppose to "hum" the first syllable at the beginning...
