I heard of this too, and it worked really really well! I didn't call any gods or anything and trap them, i just made circles with runes in them and lines connecting the other circles to a big one in which i sat in... I predicted things instantly and made the weather change instantly too...

Hmm..that method sounds like it would really work...because if you go to asleep and wake up 5 hours into your sleep for about a week your mind would get used to it and you would just project right or take over in your dreams?..I find that just confirming to myself before I fall asleep...
